Autumn Newsletter 2020
Welcome Back
It has been lovely welcoming all of our dancers back over the past few weeks. Myself and the KAR Team are thrilled to be back in the studio with our dancers. Our aim for the term is for our dancers to enjoy being back at class with their friends and to start our dance journey once again.
Well done to all of our dancers who took part in our weekly online classes from March until July. It was such a treat to be able to see everyone each week and to continue making progress in all of our classes. Miss Vicky, Miss Maria and I were so proud of the effort made by our dancers not only to attend the classes but to adjust so well to online classes in such a short space of time. It certainly made a strange time much more bearable for us all.
Thank you so much to all of the parents who encouraged our KAR dancers to keep dancing even if it was practising at home in their own time with their favourite music. I would like to thank you all for your continued support and I look forward to getting back to what we love doing most!
KAR Team
I am pleased to welcome 2 new teachers to the KAR Teaching team this term who will be covering for me whilst I am on maternity leave. Miss Lucy will be taking our senior Tap and Modern classes and Miss Greta will be taking our senior Ballet and Ballet technique classes. I would also like to welcome back Miss Patricia who will be taking our Friday classes alongside Miss Amy. Miss Vicky, Miss Maria and Miss Amy will all be looking after our Saturday classes with our student helpers too!You can find out more about the KAR Teaching Team on our new website!

Ballet Technique Classes
Our New Ballet Technique classes have been specifically created to maximise each dancers potential.
Happy 7th Birthday to Us
Happy 7th Birthday to us! We look forward to having a celebration in 2021 and we are just so pleased to get our KAR dancers dancing again!!!
Exams / Events
We are planning to hopefully run exam sessions in the Spring / Summer term if conditions allow. Unfortunately we will not be able to run our showcase in November this year but we have already started planning for a showcase in 2021!
Open Classes
We would love to share what we have been learning this term – so please do look out for photos and some special videos at the end of term as we won’t be able to invite parents to open classes in December.
